The gentlemen at Big O Tires were very efficient and had my vehicle aligned with 4 new tires in about 90 minutes. Very pleased.

I had come in the day before for a oil change, there was a long wait. Your employee Jayden was very professional and nice when he made a appt. for the next day. Jayden also was there when I came back, and was very fast at getting me checked in. I only waited half hour for oil change and tire rotation.

Everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful. My questions were answered and the service I agreed to was done in a timely matter.

I came in for a oil change and now my car is saying low oil pressure stop engine. Plus I had a turn signal light replaced so they say it is doing the same thing. I went back in on January 20th. Tom Duh took very good care of me & fixed the problem. I am very pleased with his customer service. He saved a customer.

For as busy as this location was the speed of service was very good and the associate Shane was very helpful and friendly.
