Big O Tires

Thanks to these guys for sure-I appreciate the hospitality & reasonable price...1/2 the competition on alignment...I plan on bringing more(2 more) as I have 8 vehicles and trailers insured monthly-tires are important!

I would highly recommend big o tires! The staff there were very friendly, the place was very clean! Would I go back absolutely I would. The time of the service was maybe 30 mins.

I don't like it when I have to take my car to the shop but when it happens I'm glad to have Big-O Tires as my option for the repairs.

They finally hired a woman a couple of years ago. Her name is Amy and I like her very much. Since you do not accept appointments I can call Amy on my way there and she will start a ticket for me. I called her the week before I planned to buy tires and we discussed price and availability. We settled on Tuesday that would be the best day for me and the service center. I was in and out in an hour and a half and that included having the front end aligned.

You all always take such good care of me and always tell me anything else I may need to do with my car, I appreciate that so much.

Big o is where we buy all tires but she didnt tell us how many miles warranty was for the tires we bought. And didn’t get a book to keep track of mileage.

I had ask for Goodyear tires.. I had bought tires several years back and Shane had sold me on the Big O brand and Tom did as well.. I did my typical review reading and after 500 miles already seems like they will be just fine
