Big O Tires

Traveling thru and blew a tire Big O didn't have size i needed but mounted the 1s i picked up at another vendor.

Rob was very kind and thorough in explaining and doing the job.

I had a tire go completely flat overnight. After taking the tire off, and examining it, I could not see any punctures or tears. I brought the tire into Big O to locate the leak. After dipping the tire in water twice, they did not find any leaks on the tire or around the valve. They did find a previous patch they had made on the tire, but it was not leaking air either. After driving on the tire over the weekend there has been no loss of air from the tire. Big O did a thorough job of checking for the leak. Thank you for the continued great service!

I called because I had bought some new tires and needed them mounted and balanced. They told me that I could have them done that same day as long as I got there an hour before close, which was no problem. After waiting for my turn in line it didn't take very long at all for them to get my tires done. I have brought the last 3 sets of tire I've purchased to them and let them mount and balance them. I've never had a problem. I will be back the next time I get tires.

These guys were amazing, I had a flat tire and was able to get over at the Love's travel station Hopkins towing changed to my donut and led me to Big O tires so they could fix my tire. They were able to plug it and get me back on the road oh, because I had a 3-hour trip ahead of me. Would definitely recommend them!

Amanda and Michael went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of my PT Cruiser, and deliver it to the dealer where the necessary work was to be done. When I returned the call to Big O, they completed the replacement of the warrantied alternator in a most timely manner. Kudos to New Castle Big O Tires.

Friendly, communicated well

We got a flat tire on our camper on the interstate and our spare was no good. We were in a real tight spot and the folks at Big-O saved the day. We explained our situation and they did everything possible to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. I am now going to drive from New Palestine to New Castle the next time I need tires.
