Great Service

I dropped off my vehicle to have a tire checked for a possible leak. I did not wait just telling the staff member to work it in at their convenience. I had a ride to work so no need to wait. I get a call a few hours later telling me my car was ready. Repair made at no charge. Staff always polite, friendly and accommodating. I have always appreciated that they are professional in any interaction I’ve had or witnessed with other customers no matter how busy they seem.

Had to use this winter for a flat tire & they got us right one & sold us a used tire at a great price until we could purchase new ones. Just purchased a full set of new tires, and they were quick to put them on, The price was very affordable & they came with a super warranty. Everyone there was courteous & helpful!

I came in with a popped tired in my loaner car, and they were more than willing and able to help out. Effective, direct, and polite.

The only issue I had was that I had just had my car washed the drivers side door was full of dirty hand prints and my steering wheel was filthy and they didn't use paper floor mats and I had grease on foot threshold.

I came in for a tire rotation on my truck and everything went very well. I greatly appreciate that no one tried to upsell me on any items. Just did the job asked and I was on my way!

I'm not sure who the mechanic was that worked on my car, Michael it said on the receipt. But he was awesome. Explained everything to me but didn't make me feel stupid by using words I didn't know, helpful and very communicative and gave me good options to choose from. Personable, professional, knowledgeable. Definitely a keeper for your business!!

They honored a coupon that I had found online giving me a really good price on the oil change and tire rotation. They were able to get my vehicle right in, I have been here in the past when there was a long wait. It would be more convenient for me if they took appointment.
