Big O Tires

I had two blown tires and brought in one of them to get replaced. Matt the manager took care of me quickly and said he would be on the look out for a second used tire in my tire size. Every time I go there he has the customer in mind. Keep him around for a long time. As long as he is there u will have a customer for life

Translation went smoothly and everything was completed as expected and above. Will return for next tire replacement

The guys were great up there. I especially enjoyed the customer service from the gentlemen at the front. Mr. Michael Bear should get a raise he is awesome and he knows how to accommodate his customers.

Experienced an issue with the removal of one of my tires and they took all the necessary actions needed in order to remove the tire and install the new ones. It went well over the quoted time, but I was not charged an outrageous fee for it. They were very busy and remained professional throughout the entire processing of dozens of customers.

The people that work here are unbelievably kind and helpful and it keeps us coming back and recommending it to everyone. We also appreciate how quickly they get our cars taken care of!!

jeremy was wonderful and the guy behind the desk(don't remember his name) was too. They took care of my problem efficiently.

Every time I need parts replaced or something fixed on my car and am short on cash Matt (the manager in charge) always knew what to recommend first when it comes to putting more money in my car. So far I have had multiple oil changes, struts and shocks, and most recently a wheel-hub bearing replaced. Quick and to the point. Good service. Nice people. Worth the money.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. This Big O is very busy, but the staff works hard and takes care of everyone. They do a great job with my car and are always willing to answer my questions.

Michael is always fantastic to work with! However the shop guy he asked about didn't have to be so rude and grumpy. Michael was just trying to get a tire light off. I told the manager he doesn't need to act that way and especially in front of all the customers.

I was really impressed they were able to get my suv in and do the brakes in one day and explained what I needed done on the second day and Angie was really helpful in explaining everything to me. I work in a store behind the big o tires and she brought my car to a closer parking spot and brought me my keys.
