Big O Tires

The first day I came in, they fixed a tire for a lawn tractor for me for free! They even installed the tube I bought somewhere else! I asked about a service for my truck that wasn't even "on the board ". Not only did they do it timely, but the rate was less than half than what I had been quoted elsewhere. Everyone was very busy, yet very friendly. I'll be back.

I am always happy with the employees personal touch and attention to detail in inspecting my older vehicle and helping me keep it in good shape. Prices are good and I can most often get service scheduled when it works best for me. All around I'm very pleased with service I have gotten over the past few years.

Experienced an issue with the removal of one of my tires and they took all the necessary actions needed in order to remove the tire and install the new ones. It went well over the quoted time, but I was not charged an outrageous fee for it. They were very busy and remained professional throughout the entire processing of dozens of customers.
