I Needed wheels Balanced was done quick and professional

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. This Big O is very busy, but the staff works hard and takes care of everyone. They do a great job with my car and are always willing to answer my questions.

My wife's tire had a nail in it. Was glad when she was in to purchase tires they put her into a tire protection. Staff was great about working with our very busy schedule to get her a new tire and back safely on the road.

I was really impressed they were able to get my suv in and do the brakes in one day and explained what I needed done on the second day and Angie was really helpful in explaining everything to me. I work in a store behind the big o tires and she brought my car to a closer parking spot and brought me my keys.

It was also suggested that I get new windshield wipers and I'm glad I did. Windshield is now very clear.

Mike was great over the phone and following up to let me know my car was nearly ready. only issue, was Mike called me at 4:45 pm, i got there at 5:40 and the car was still on the lift for alignment check. i didn't have to wait long but i kind of expected it to be ready
