My first experience with Big O Tires in New Castle was fairly frantic. As I was backing out of my garage to go to work that day I saw that a HUGE spider had spun its web right across my garage door opening....lovely! I tried to speed up in hopes of it falling off? NOT! The whole web, spider included, draped right across my drivers side mirror!! I said a few bad words and started for town, I thought if I could go fast enough that the spider might fly off....again NOT! I was driving 45mph, 55mph, 65mph....seventy five miles per hour!! the faster I drove the harder he clung on! So then I noticed that my low tire light had come on (and it wasn't even a full moon!) I got to New Castle and the spider finally fell off....while I was only doing 35mph! I decided I would stop to have the tire looked at after work. I came out of work and got in the truck and looked at the mirror and guess what?? There was a preying mantis, or is that praying mantis? on the mirror.....WTH?? So, I stopped in Big O and asked if they would fill my tires with air and remove the creature on my mirror.....they did both with a smile! I returned a week later and this time it was only because I had a nail in my tire, no bugs involved! Great service! I will certainly go there when I need new tires!

Courteous, knowledgeable staff who worked together and completed my repairs in a timely manner. One concern: 1/2 the customers did NOT wear masks or other facial coverings.

This is my second set of tires, great service!

Only issue I've had is a broken oil dipstick and had to purchase a new one from the dealer. Other than that - Matt and his team have always been great.

Quickness for the oil change, also letting me know how much the air filter would cost prior to changing it out

They did a good job, for being short handed, they need more workers. Over all did as good as could be expected. Thanks for your help!!!

I have been using Big O Tires in New Castle for many years. Though I might find some cheaper products at other places, the New Castle Big O Tires store treats me with respect. They give me options without "over selling." This is important to me. The staff is also very good at helping with minor problems and not charging me, which is why I am willing to pay a little more than the other places that may not take care of me later. Thank you, Big O!!!
