Priced matched a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. Had my alignment serviced last month they called and told me my alignment was out they did it free of charge since I had just had it done there not long ago. Oil seems to last and not run out before my 5000 mile service. Unlike other places.

Our tire was fixed in a much shorter time than we expected. When we picked up the car the young man turned and said so nicely, “Thanks for coming in today!” and I wanted to say, “Young man, I want to thank YOU for coming in today!” Everyone there is so nice. We are blessed to have Big O nearby!

Had tires balanced and rotated and oil and filter changed. They noticed a problem on one tire as we were looking at it before I left and they took it back inside and fixed it in no time.

They know what they are doing. Found the problem gave me a solution and a price had the parts in stock and got the job done quickly.

I have brought two different vehicles in for front end alignments and both times the technician determined that they were within specifications and did not need alignments. I greatly appreciate the honesty of the technician and your facility in not charging me for a service that I did not need. I will continue to bring our vehicles to your shop for all of our tire, brake, and vehicle needs.

I knew my tires were bad but I didn't say anything about that. I did ask to have my tire pressure checked. Chris came and let me know that while checking the pressure service man Jeremy noticed that my tires were dry rotted. Chris came and let me know how bad the tires were. And already had tires picked out. Put new tires on besides the battery I was there for. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
