I have been a customer of Big O Tires for several years. I go there for oil changes, tires, and engine services. I've never had any problems and Matt is always super nice.

Staff is very friendly and work diligently to address my issues.

I needed 2 boat trailer tires replaced quickly as I had to leave my boat and trailer due to 1 flat tire and 1 ready to go flat. I took the wheels to Big O. Within 30mins they were teady. Very friendly, helpful, and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

The technicians and manager on duty (michael) was very up front with all issues that had arrived with my wheel. Although he had to order a new wheel that took some time to come in, he contacted me via phone many times to keep me updated and to speak of other options, which was greatly appreaciated.
