Big O Tires

I really appreciate how well taken care of I've been by BigO ever since I bought tires from you a couple of years ago... Especially at no extra cost

I have been using Big O Tires in New Castle for many years. Though I might find some cheaper products at other places, the New Castle Big O Tires store treats me with respect. They give me options without "over selling." This is important to me. The staff is also very good at helping with minor problems and not charging me, which is why I am willing to pay a little more than the other places that may not take care of me later. Thank you, Big O!!!

I have been a customer of Big O Tires for several years. I go there for oil changes, tires, and engine services. I've never had any problems and Matt is always super nice.

I needed 2 boat trailer tires replaced quickly as I had to leave my boat and trailer due to 1 flat tire and 1 ready to go flat. I took the wheels to Big O. Within 30mins they were teady. Very friendly, helpful, and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Our tire was fixed in a much shorter time than we expected. When we picked up the car the young man turned and said so nicely, “Thanks for coming in today!” and I wanted to say, “Young man, I want to thank YOU for coming in today!” Everyone there is so nice. We are blessed to have Big O nearby!

I knew my tires were bad but I didn't say anything about that. I did ask to have my tire pressure checked. Chris came and let me know that while checking the pressure service man Jeremy noticed that my tires were dry rotted. Chris came and let me know how bad the tires were. And already had tires picked out. Put new tires on besides the battery I was there for. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
