Bill Vester has always been very nice and helpful. This time he made sure he could do everything to get the job done. And made it easy for me to know what I need to do in the future to take care of my RAV-4.AND Just like all my visits here made sure I was happy with what was done and made sure I would always bring my RAV-4 back to this BIG-O tires.Thank you Bill.

My family has been using Big O Tire for many years and feel very comfortable with the friendly atmosphere and service.

I had a clacking and rattle in my left front brake. The technician checked everything out and brought me a broken tree twigs that had gotten caught in the wheel housing that was making the noise. They wouldn't charge me for the service. Always great people to do business with.

It was a long wait for a tire rotation but they were slammed and it was a Saturday so I understood. They got the cars in and out as fast as they could while doing the job right the first time.

We are new to the state and have had trouble finding a repair place that we were comfortable with. Love this place! Very knowledgable staff and very friendly. Will be coming back.

There are many other small businesses in my town that do the same work as Big O,but I have found the level of service and quality here impeccable! As a matter of fact, I am making an appointment next week to have oil changed and new plug wires and plugs put in before I leave for Florida next week. I also buy all my tires at this location.

They price matched the same price that I paid in Arizona and the tires are supposed to be shipped directly to my door. You can't get any better service than that.

Excellent customer service. The store was very busy for a Sunday but everyone that called or came in were treated very well. Mike and Tim have great patience and great attitudes and were very helpful to every customer. I highly recommend and I will return for sure.

They fixed my tire and returned it to car. Replaces spare into spare compartment.
