Bill Vester has always been very nice and helpful. This time he made sure he could do everything to get the job done. And made it easy for me to know what I need to do in the future to take care of my RAV-4.AND Just like all my visits here made sure I was happy with what was done and made sure I would always bring my RAV-4 back to this BIG-O tires.Thank you Bill.

Always a good experience

I was satisfied because it was a quick easy visit. I knew that I got there at a busy time if day. But I was able to enjoy my lunch while I waited for the repair. I always recommend Big-O- Tire to everyone who needs service.

I had a clacking and rattle in my left front brake. The technician checked everything out and brought me a broken tree twigs that had gotten caught in the wheel housing that was making the noise. They wouldn't charge me for the service. Always great people to do business with.

It was a long wait for a tire rotation but they were slammed and it was a Saturday so I understood. They got the cars in and out as fast as they could while doing the job right the first time.

They price matched the same price that I paid in Arizona and the tires are supposed to be shipped directly to my door. You can't get any better service than that.
