The guys do a great job helping get people back on the road. They go over and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.

We had a tire bust on our Malibu on Labor Day. We struggled to find anything open to purchase another tire. Big O Tire has what we needed in stock at a reasonable price and were able to get the new tire on the wheel in a reasonable amount of time.

The friendliest staff ever. Even when they are swamped they keep you updated. If you are concerned about their honesty they are more than happy to take you to the shop to tell you exactly what is recommended and why. I only wish there were more locations to get service.

Great service done quickly at a fair price.

Issue was an oil leak which turned out to be outside of the services Big O provides. Still, the Big O team put my vehicle on the lift and worked to determine what the cause might have been. One suspect area was addressed but the technician was concerned there was more to it. I was given names of multiple garages which could probably handle my issue. Additionally, the service manager REFUSED TO BILL ME FOR THEIR EFFORTS! I was not surprised; Big O has treated us with nothing but respect for many years now. We always go here first for auto issues whenever possible. This business is quite an asset to New Castle and the surrounding area.

They give a veterans discount, also I have been going there almost 5 years and have been always satisfied with their service,only thing that might help is add another bay and a couple more technicians this would speed up your shop and you would get alot more business some people don't like to wait and they go elsewhere me I just love the service and I'm willing to wait Newcastle Indiana

Nice place, friendly people. They were very busy so I had someone pick me up. They call to tell me about something I needed and how much it would be. I appreciate all that they did. the gentleman that helped me was very professional.
