We had a tire bust on our Malibu on Labor Day. We struggled to find anything open to purchase another tire. Big O Tire has what we needed in stock at a reasonable price and were able to get the new tire on the wheel in a reasonable amount of time.

The team is amazing. I came into an unexpected need for 2 new tires and they worked diligently to assist me in getting a new set. I come to this store for all of my vehicle needs and they are always very professional, knowledgeable, and have amazing customer service.

They give a veterans discount, also I have been going there almost 5 years and have been always satisfied with their service,only thing that might help is add another bay and a couple more technicians this would speed up your shop and you would get alot more business some people don't like to wait and they go elsewhere me I just love the service and I'm willing to wait Newcastle Indiana

Went in for an inspection. Didnt take to long, they told me what it was and said that they didnt do that type of work there so told me places to look into to have it fixed. Very helpful and conciderate.

Nice place, friendly people. They were very busy so I had someone pick me up. They call to tell me about something I needed and how much it would be. I appreciate all that they did. the gentleman that helped me was very professional.

I had 3 tires that came apart and was 3 hours from home with a loaded trailer. The managers and the tire techs got me new tires and back on the road. Best customer service I have ever had
