They replaced my tires and installed struts as requested.

Would like to send a BIG THANK YOU to the entire Big O team! I've been coming to this location for quite some time for all my vehicle needs. Tires, oil changes, etc. A few days ago my daughter got her first car and we had an issue with a battery. It was five minutes before closing time I pulled in and talk to Matt to see if he could help in any way. He had someone to go with me fortunately the car was in the same parking lot as Big O tire ,to look at the battery. Not only was he able to get it started and get it back to the garage, but diagnosed it before I left and after they had closed. Not one time did Matt or his team ever seem upset that it was after closed and they were helping me on my daughters car. You have a customer for life!

I recently had repair work done on my daughter's car, i really appreciated the courteous, professional service i received. Thank You.

We were only 1.5 hours into a 12 + hour drive from Xenia, OH to Tulsa, OK for a wedding (1/3 of the wedding party in tow, which includes a 2 & 8 year old) and our pull behind camper had a tire completely shear all 8 lugs. We went to 4 different places in town. 1 couldn't help, 2 wouldn't help in any reasonable time frame, but the last stop we least expected to help did. They made us a priority, were sympathetic to our needs, found everything we needed to get us back on the road at multiple different stores and even drove us to pick up the tires. They gave us a great price and got us back in the road asap. Amanda Neal, Dewey Steel, Jeremy Evans, and all of the friendly staff at Big O Tires in New Castle, IN were amazing! They helped a horrible, frustrating experience as easy as possible and we feel safe/relief and thrilled to be back on the road! Huge thanks!

Always professional!

Took my car into the shop early Tuesday morning for help in getting the hood to the car fully open.(it was stuck partly open) It was an urgent issue because I had to catch a flight and needed to leave New Castle no later than 8:30am. Mike expressed my situation to the staff and it became the focus. Mike assured me they could get me on the road. And, that is what happened! With time to spare they were able to do a oil change I use Big O Tire for a issues with my vehicles , the staff is great!

Gave customer service a 4 because they called our home & left a .sg that my vehicle was do e & I was sitting in waiting area for them to let me know it was ready. They did not, I went to desk & asked 15 min after they called & left msg.... Other than that, all was good!
