Great job

Took my car into the shop early Tuesday morning for help in getting the hood to the car fully open.(it was stuck partly open) It was an urgent issue because I had to catch a flight and needed to leave New Castle no later than 8:30am. Mike expressed my situation to the staff and it became the focus. Mike assured me they could get me on the road. And, that is what happened! With time to spare they were able to do a oil change I use Big O Tire for a issues with my vehicles , the staff is great!

Have been there 3 times for service, always been pleased with the finally outcome of te service. I say final because the 1st service required several visits due to parts needing replacement on my 35 year old Fiero to get it aligned, not their fault. Went back fr tires for the Fiero, then again for 2 front tires on my mife's Vue. Intend to go back for the rear tires in 2 weeks, next pay.

My warranted battery from another store that doesn't install was installed in less than 20 minutes and there was no charge. A quart of oil was added because it isn't time for an oil change yet and there was no charge. Your service is above and beyond. I found Big O one dark evening when my front tire went flat. You have become my "go to" for my car's service since then. Thank you so much for being there. I will return.
