Big O Tires, were very friendly. I was given over 100 + 30 dollars discount. I had both outer tie rods changed, two new tires mounted and balanced. a 4 wheel alignment. they did a very good job. they were very professional, I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

I come from Muncie all because of Caleb. He provides the best customer service, like I told him .... the service is so good I don't mind the wait. Caleb always provides me with the best experience even if it isn't making him any money. I'm so glad he is back .

I came into the shop with what I thought was a tire that had picked up a nail; what it turned out to be was a cracked rim. They gave me all kinds of suggestions of what I could do to get back on the road, even a couple of contacts that may have a rim that would match my damaged one. What they didn't know is that I had pre-Christmas dinner with my daughter to attend coming up in the next couple days and without there guidance and support I wouldn't have made it. Usually when you hear the phrase 'Customer Loyalty' it refers to a repeat customer, but in this instance, it means a business that cares...

Had my car in for an alignment. Did not give a 5 rating because had to take back in after replacing lower rear ball joints, these should have been checked before the 1st alignment was done. For customer service, I also only gave a 4 rating because I was supposed to receive a call back on having the lowerfront bushing replaced, labor only, and never received it. Despite these 2 things, the people were very nice and the final result of the alignment was very good.

I appreciate the staff. Kind and quick turnaround service. Good prices.
