They asked if I had my struts replaced due to the mileage on my care and this happened a few months back. The front desk gentleman reviewed due to mileage they were recommending this. The initial gentleman who assisted me reminded him this already occurred and took look back at my history, I already had this done. When getting into my vehicle the stickers of my next tire rotation or oil change were not placed on my windshield.

I can always count on Big O Tires fitting me in and making a timely repair. They back up their guarantees and sell reasonably priced products.

BigOTires is my go to for most maintenance and repair because I know these guys. They are honest, hard working, knowledgeable and totally customer focused. They go out of their way to provide excellent service. What more can I say? Repeat customer.

Although quality care was given, It still took around 1.5 hours to repair tire. Seems it could have been a little quicker service.

I've had to visit the store more than I would have liked over the last few months. The staff is always very friendly and helpfully. It was time for new tires on this last visit. Again the staff was very helpful and got everything taken care of. Might have been a little faster at the work but hey its new tires. I would rather them take the time to do the job right than to rush it. Thanks for all the help!

Big O always does a nice job for my family and stand behind their work

I experienced a squeaking noise on my left front tire. The front desk told me they would call me a few times and I did not hear back. I understand they were short staffed and very busy that day. I had just replaced my front ball joints and the staff decided to go ahead and replace them again under warranty. This fix the problem, And they were kind enough and did not charge me labor. They also caught my swaybar missing on the right which made me feel like they did thoroughly look for the problem.

Rear rotors replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, I had to cover labor expense to have rotors replaced. Appears as an unfair business practice. Can I make a claim against the manufacturer for labor expense?
