The ABS light was staying on in my GMC truck and they put it on their computer machine to check it out. They couldn't fix so they didn't charge me anything! Great people!

The service was not bad. Im happy. The arrangement of the customer area was cluttered and is cramped if several customers are there at the same time.

The manager on duty when I came into the store should be recognized. I apologize that I don't know his name, but he has glasses and worked on 10/20. His customer service was extraordinary. I have never experienced that level of service when I have visited this location prior. The wait was going to be extremely long for service. He apologized sincerely, provided a solution and executed. He also communicated throughout the process so that I would know what was occurring. He was truly oriented to customer service excellence.

Busy place. Was told getting my low tire checked would be 45 minutes to an hour. More than 1.5 hours later my tire was fixed.
