Big O Tires

I went in for a standard oil change and a flat repair. The following were my only issues. * no one reset my setting for the oil and maintenance filter message that appears on my dash screen. When I went back for this to be fixed, the first guy was googling how to reset it. He thought he got it fixed but once I left and finished grocery shopping and stared my car up again the message still appeared that I needed to go in for an oil maintenance so I had to go back to the shop for someone else to reset it. Eric was able to do so without any issues. *secondly on the next day I noticed some leaking coming from the bottom of my car. I thought maybe I had a small leak somewhere in the under carriage however once I took it in again they called to let me know hat whoever changed my oil didn't put the oil cap back on...so that part was pretty frustrating especially if I hadn't noticed the oil leaking out from the underneath of my car. They put the cap back on and cleaned the mess up free of charge.

It was a good day.

Really overall was good, I think they need more help in the sales dept and a shop foreman that can keep employees moving seemed like to many techs standing around .

The staff at this location are outstanding! Michael and Bill have been my go to people when I have any issues with my vehicles. The team does a great job working for the customer. I trust this team with my vehicle needs.

Good experience

I know a visit late in the work day can be a pain, but these guys did their job without complaints. They had my van ready to go 10 minutes before closing and they were still busy. I appreciate their friendliness and their good work.

As always the team was very informative of my service. I have a small bubble on my tire and the guys were very concerned and said I was like family and they didnt want to see anything happen to me so they took the tire off and checked the tire inside and out. Quoted me on a new set that was in stock. That's why I have remained a loyal customer. Brian Agee

Although I was told the wait time would likely be 2 hours (which I expected for a Saturday afternoon), I only waited 1.25 hours, so that was very nice. The only negative is I requested oil change & tire rotation, but the invoice only showed oil change. I'll have to return sooner than planned to get the tire rotation.

Friendly

Great except front right tire was filled to 51 psi. When I noticed, I had to deflate to 36 psi.

Quick service, kind and professional people. The prices are competitive and reasonable. I will keep coming back.
