The guys always do what I need them to do, they get right to work on what ever I bring in. They have done a great job recommending items for projects I had such as ATV tires on golf cart, tire repair as well as new tire quote. Knowledgeable staff. The store itself If I was in charge would get a major organization and cleaning in all areas customers are in, including cleaning up and organizing the exterior where all the old/used tires are located. Being in shopping mall business for over 12 years there is potential hazards to public in exterior. Overall I highly recommend this staff and store for any tire needs.

Bill was great to work with Friday and Saturday. Kalub was great to work with on Sunday. I think the customer service was truly number 1 priority and was treated as I was number 1 priority

Great group of workers I would how ever like to try and get a small $500 sponsor for my race car from this location being I have had work down on my vehicle, my father in law vehicle and my wife's vehicle would help out alot

Have had my veh serviced there for the last two yrs, the cars' radiator blew up and my husband put veh back together, Big O tire answered all questions and took care of the final preperations to get it back up and running. All employes very nice and work was done on a timely manner. Very satisfied

The wait was very extensive. Store needs more bays or employees to help. Had to come back due to tires being only half inflated. Prices were good and staff was helpful. I will come back again.

everyone is extremely kind and works to get our cars back to us quickly. Highly recommend this store, and have family drive from out of town just to go to this store.

We replaced 4 truck tires. One of them was still good so they kept it to re-sell (kept it, not bought it from us).. Yet they still charged me a $3.50 disposal fee for each of 4 tires. According to https://www.in.gov/dor/3987.htm, "In addition to sales tax, businesses that sell tires for self-propelled vehicles must collect an Indiana tire fee of 25 cents per tire." So I find it completely outrageous that we were overcharged by so much. ($14 instead of .75 cents.)
