I swore I would only do business at Big O tires after my wife had to stop by this location due to one of her new tires being low. She was treated with such courtesy and professionalism. It started with Matt and continued down to one of the techs that drove her to work. I brought her Edge back to the shop knowing it needed brakes and was a bit concerned about an upcoming vacation drive. Matt understood what I needed and my concerns. He gave the vehicle a thorough go over. He found a couple other problems but I was not pressured at all. I agreed to the work after Matt very clearly explained the circumstances. Big O Tires completed the work on time, at the quoted price and I took the car on vacation without problems or worry. Please know that my 2011 Sierra 1500 4x4 needs tires and you can bet you will get my business again. Treat people nice, with respect and competence and you will be successful. Thank you everyone!

i am a regular so i just leave my car and pick it up when they call. They always check fluids and mechanical and call before they do anything othr than what i have directed. Always a good deal

Top notch customer service! I blew a tire on the interstate shortly after closing time. I called the store, and I believe it was Matt who answered the phone. I explained to him I needed to get back on the road as I had another 4 hour drive to make and obviously couldn't do that on a donut. Like I said this was after the store was closed, Matt said come on in and he would wait for me to arrive. I arrived and Matt took care of everything. I had to have the tire replaced which he had me in and out in about 20 minutes. I am/was extremely grateful for his willingness to stick around and help me. If I lived in the New Castle area, I would definitely be taking my car in for my tire needs.

The Original problem was a Noisy bearing, I thought was the Left front, turned out to be the right front which was REPLACED by you 1 year ago, So when i drove away there was a grinding sound when i turned left and then all the time, returned and the found a loose bolt, tightened it back up and told me to let them know how it was. We returned the car to them due to still making noise, you did replace the part again along with a few other parts, so took some time, went without our car for a few days but all seems good now.

They really helped me out in time of need. They were getting ready to close and they still replaced my tire because I needed the car the next day for work.

This was the worst visit I have ever had with big o tires. More than likely I won't be back.

Waiting is exalting! Fix the door between the service desk and the repair bays. Big glass door! Slams every 10 seconds and vibrates the whole wall in waiting area. One customer ask them to stop doing, it is so irritating. They did for a minute knowing it was irritating, but when he left they went right back to letting it slam. Long wait times and nobody comes to let you know whats going on. 21/2 hours to change my oil and rotate my tire and they said they could get me right in!

I'm not sure who the mechanic was that worked on my car, Michael it said on the receipt. But he was awesome. Explained everything to me but didn't make me feel stupid by using words I didn't know, helpful and very communicative and gave me good options to choose from. Personable, professional, knowledgeable. Definitely a keeper for your business!!
