Have been there 3 times for service, always been pleased with the finally outcome of te service. I say final because the 1st service required several visits due to parts needing replacement on my 35 year old Fiero to get it aligned, not their fault. Went back fr tires for the Fiero, then again for 2 front tires on my mife's Vue. Intend to go back for the rear tires in 2 weeks, next pay.

Service was quick and courteous.

I had a concern with getting my vehicle looked at for a light warning that had come on. My normal repair shop could not get me in for another week. I did not feel safe waiting that long so I called big O and asked if I could drop my vehicle off for them to look at the next day. They were courteous when I dropped it off and actually got it in and fixed in the same evening! I was able to pay over the phone and pick my car up at my convenience. I was very pleased with everything!

Chris (Owner) and Michael were very helpful. They offered me a shuttle to my home. Employee's were top notch.

Tire repair. Early morning, repaired quickly and quotes for a couple of other problems that I was aware of but did not have time for. I will call and schedule later. Very helpful to point that out and I was given a written quote and no pressure, more like friendly advice.

The CS staff always has the customer's best interest in mind. Michael has been especially great to deal with anytime I come in for service.
