I was very disappointed in my experience last week with the store. I've gone to Big O for years because we've received such great customer service and prompt response. This time was a completely different experience. The wait was extremely long with no estimate of when might be a better time to return. I buy the store brand tires to have road hazard protection, and was there for a repair or replacement due to a nail in my tire. The individual assisting me said my tires were not covered and I would pay full price for the placement. I told him that couldn't be correct, and I went and got the paperwork for the tires I bought in 2016 that was in my car. The tires were all covered in full, and I received no apology. The assistant told me he needed to order that tire, as there wasn't one in store - and I'd have to use a loaner in the meantime. It was Saturday, and he said they would call Monday to confirm they were ready. Wednesday came and I had received no call, so I called the store. The tire was in fact in and had been since Monday. Again, no apology and no attempt at service recovery. The next day another associate called to follow up. She said there had been no notes placed in the account, so she wanted to verify that I knew the tire was ready. I work in healthcare, and customer service is top priority. I can't imagine not following up with customers when there is an error made, etc. Again, I've come to the store for years and been so pleased. This experience was very disappointing, and I've had friends and relatives relay the same of their customer service experiences here lately. They've found other stores to frequent. I hope this is helpful - and I certainly will not write any review on Facebook, etc. I fully expect the feedback to be used to grow and improve customer service! Thanks so Much!

I had two blown tires and brought in one of them to get replaced. Matt the manager took care of me quickly and said he would be on the look out for a second used tire in my tire size. Every time I go there he has the customer in mind. Keep him around for a long time. As long as he is there u will have a customer for life

Service was was fast but when I was presented my car I was. Dry upset with the way they handled it with greasy hands and boots. My Jeep is white and it had two full greasy hand prints on the left fender A big hand print on the hood from when he closed it the door handle had greasy hand print and it had a full size black foot print on the carpet. The time before this they ran three cars in ahead of me. They told me they were sorry about it and gave me some discount cards on my next visit and all all got was greasy hand prints and greasy boot prints on my carpet. I can't go back for this kind of service but wish I could.

The guys were great up there. I especially enjoyed the customer service from the gentlemen at the front. Mr. Michael Bear should get a raise he is awesome and he knows how to accommodate his customers.

I have been pretty aggravated about a situation regarding your store I have called on 2 separate occasions requesting a quote on services and now both times I was promised a call back and in particularly this last call I reminded them of there promise to return my call about a quote and I didn't receive and asked them to please return my call give them the info regarding year make model and what I needed done was promised a call back within an hour I called back 20 hours later and asked and he said he forgot again and asked for all the info again which tells me he didn't write it down the first time which upset me then just yesterday I sent my granddaughter there for problems with her brakes and they didn't even give her a full quote just parts 785 dollars so we have taken it somewhere else and I will be very upset if I find out they where adding things that didn't need done

Service was great. However I requested a quote fir 4 new tires. I was not gave. I asked at check out was told the first person who wAited in me was called out and I would receive a phone call with the quote. I never received. Regardless the tire was repaired an I was satisfied.

The people that work here are unbelievably kind and helpful and it keeps us coming back and recommending it to everyone. We also appreciate how quickly they get our cars taken care of!!

Watch them they will lie and say you need parts you don't need and tell you they have a coupon to save 20$ over the phone but once you get there it's a different story. 99$ to align the back tires!! Better go somewhere else first you will have to after you leave anyways.

Every time I need parts replaced or something fixed on my car and am short on cash Matt (the manager in charge) always knew what to recommend first when it comes to putting more money in my car. So far I have had multiple oil changes, struts and shocks, and most recently a wheel-hub bearing replaced. Quick and to the point. Good service. Nice people. Worth the money.

Got snow tires out on brand new Challenger and old tires were placed in trunk and back seat without plastic. Tires not inflated correctly.. 23 to 43 pounds and was same day after. Terrible concern for my issues...

9 months out of warranty side wall blowed out I thought it should be prorated what the warranty says. Got $25 off on a new tire? Have visited Big 0 bought 4 sets of tires there,

A word of appreciation for the excellent service we recently received from J.B., Brody and Mike. They went over and beyond our expectation in checking out our tires and making sure they were safe and roadworthy. We were visiting in Indiana and made it safely back to our home in Virginia. Thank the Lord and your crew for a job well done.

Was there for almost 2 hours and had to ask twice what was happening. Couple people left due to not being waited on. This was the worst experience I have ever had at the store.

Had our daughter take in a tire on the truck that kept losing air. Arrived within 15 minutes of opening and it took 2 & 1/2 hours to look at a slow leak around the rim. She was not updated as to what was going on till they we're finished . Not happy
