I would recommend lowering your prices I went else where for labor because it was so much cheaper somewhere else. Your prices are way to high

A word of appreciation for the excellent service we recently received from J.B., Brody and Mike. They went over and beyond our expectation in checking out our tires and making sure they were safe and roadworthy. We were visiting in Indiana and made it safely back to our home in Virginia. Thank the Lord and your crew for a job well done.

The service was fast took no time at all but after my alignment my steering wheel still not straight and truck still pulls to right. Not sure if it was worth time and money with that being said.

I've had great experiences from this department. Always patient, courteous, fast and competitive on price.

Arrived at 9 AM to have a tire checked for a possible nail or other. I finally left at 11 AM. That was way too long to wait for such a small thing.

I called before I came and they were waiting on me when I arrived. Exceptional service when I was in a time crunch.

I brought my wife's car in on a Sunday just after the store opened. There were two people in front of me. I needed a tire checked and plugged. Something very simple. I told the staff that I would return after church. Two hours later I returned with my wife. My wife went in and checked on the status of the car. The car had not even been taken into the bay area! Two hours with only two people in front of us! Unbelievable! She waited for the car. 20 minutes after her arrival she was told it would be 15 more minutes. 25 minutes later she ask about the status of the car. It would be another five or 10 minutes. One hour after our arrival she was finally able to leave with the car. It took three hours to get a tire checked!! This is unacceptable customer service! This is where we bring her vehicles for service all the time. This was the worst customer experience we have ever had. It makes us rethink where do you want to have our vehicles serviced.

I had to use a 4 foot breaker bar to loosen my lug nuts on passenger side after a rotate and balance. Management needs to teach installers how to use a torque rench! Not a happy customer. If my Audi rotors worp I be in the store after $ and an apology. Darin Reichart

i bought two new tires had two fixed by the time i made it home one of the tires was flat they messed up the seal on the tire and had to bie anouther one then the outher went flat three days later in ohio this is not the first time maybe they should not fix tires

I used them over the weekend and was very satisfied. I have used this particular facility numerous times.

I've came here 2 times just to get tires that I brought put on rims. The first time it was on a vehicle. They didn't replace my valve stems yet I got charged for them and they broke a stud on my driver rear wheel. I requested to keep one of the tires and then I had to remind them at the end that I wanted it. The second time I made sure to say I wanted stems replaced and they acted like it was an extra charge. I requested to keep all the old tires and at the end they had already thrown them in the pile and the tires they gave me weren't even the ones off of my rims. Horrible at following instructions.

Always friendly I do most repairs myself but for any tire/alignment/balance I bring the car in and it's great they do the inspection and confirm or even sometimes point out things that need done for that alone I really appreciate the service

Had 2 used tires installed the day before Easter. Went to check tire pressure a few days ago. Had to air both tires that were installed up quite a bit. Noticed the 2 tires are a 195. My car takes a 185/60/15? Plus 1 of the 2 tires has several big cracks on the side of it? Why did I spend $80 for 2 wrong size tires? And to still have to continuously put air in them?

Traveling thru and blew a tire Big O didn't have size i needed but mounted the 1s i picked up at another vendor.

Not happy . Put wrong oil in my truck. And I was there over 2 hours

I had a tire go completely flat overnight. After taking the tire off, and examining it, I could not see any punctures or tears. I brought the tire into Big O to locate the leak. After dipping the tire in water twice, they did not find any leaks on the tire or around the valve. They did find a previous patch they had made on the tire, but it was not leaking air either. After driving on the tire over the weekend there has been no loss of air from the tire. Big O did a thorough job of checking for the leak. Thank you for the continued great service!

They are lost and really dont have a clue what they are doing

The guys were helpful, fast and professional. I definitely recommend them to everyone.
