Big O Tires

Only was able to get 2 new tires on and they broke my lug nut key and couldn't get the other 2 wheels off,then woke up the next morning with one of the new tires flat and I aired it up and took it back they told me I would have to wait to get it looked at!!!! I took the car to Walmart to have that tire fixed and they left the valve core loose,and I took the locking lights off myself in 20 min

It was just a rotation, but the timing was on target and Bill was fast and friendly. Thanks

I arrived at 12:30 p.m. to have a slow leak in my tire checked. (All 4 tires were purchased from this store.) I had to leave by 2:00 to pick up a child from school and was told that wouldn't be a problem. One lady ahead of me left after waiting an hour to get her tire checked. The truck went on the lift at 1:30. When 2:00 came around, my truck was still on the lift. I asked about it and they said it would be done quickly. It was finally done at 2:30, therefore late picking up child from school. No one told me anything about the repair/leak. The receipt only states "tire repair." Terrible customer service. Service in general is extremely slow. I won't be back.

Quality and quick at a reasonable price, stand behind their work I take all my vehicles there and recommend them to friends

I came to your store today to buy a set of tires for my car today, when I went in there was an associate behind the counter listening to this guy complaining about being mistreated from another business. I thought the associate would at least acknowledge me. WRONG, after standing there listening to the two I left and went to another store and bought my tires.

Priced matched a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. Had my alignment serviced last month they called and told me my alignment was out they did it free of charge since I had just had it done there not long ago. Oil seems to last and not run out before my 5000 mile service. Unlike other places.

I was told to arrive at a specific time and they would be ready for me. When I came in the shop they said they were pulling a car out now and I was next in line. All I needed was a plug on my tire. I waited for 1 hour and still my car was not touched. At that time I needed to leave because I had to work. No work was done to my car and it was a waste of my time.

I dropped my truck off at a little after 9AM in the morning was told that it would be pulled in in about 20 mins. We said we would be back, after not hearing from them after 4 hours we stopped in and my truck still had not been in. They said that they would call us. We called back at 3:30 because they close at 4 and my truck still was not done. At 4:30 we got the call that it was done. When we got there we was at the counter to pay for the service and the guy completely blew us off to help someone who walked in and asked if they was still open the worker said no but let me help you and walked off with. We then had to wait for another 15 mins to be helped. This place has no concept of customer service or apparently time.

Every I've made visit the employees at BIG O are extremely helpful and courteous.

I used them 5 days ago and was not happy. They told me they couldn't rotate my tires on my car because they were all 4 bald and a saftey hazard. I bought my car in March and the tires on it were brand new when I bought it. I took my car to the dealership. My tires still look brand new and have a lot of miles left on them. This is not the first time Big O Tires has tried to scam more than $500 out of me. This was the third time. The first time they worked on my husbands truck and didn't fix it properly and tried to refuse to fix it and tried to charge him $1,000. The second time the struts on my old car were bad and they told me it would cost $800-1200 to repair it. I got several other estimates and it was only a $400 repair. I came to this location because I had a fabulous experience with the Terre Haute location. I loved them. We moved here and thought we would give you a try. I know you are all individually owned but that is no excuse. I will not be returning to your location.

Worked with Matt on a couple sets of tires. He was very knowledgable about all the tires, but finally recommended the Big O tire for my van based on my questions and concerns. A big thanks to Matt.

Horrible this place should only do oil changes and alignments anything beyond that and tires is a waste of time they do NOT need to be guessing what problems are on cars when they don't know how to fix it.

I really appreciate how well taken care of I've been by BigO ever since I bought tires from you a couple of years ago... Especially at no extra cost

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Took a truck to them to get a set of tires put on and alignment on truck. It took them 9 hours, and the alignment was way off, took it back the next day to get it fixed and they had it all day again still didn't fix alignment. A noise started coming from the front wheel and it took them all day to find out what it was and the guy had put the wheel weight in the wrong spot and it was rubbing, had to call for a 3rd time and spoke with Amanda and she said she would reimburse the alignment and fix it so we took the truck back for a 3rd time and they had it again all day and the alignment still is not fixed also they cracked the rim and now they won't fix what they broke, even the tech that worked on the truck said he cracked the rim, also they broke a bolt from doing the alignment. We have called corporate and have been waiting for the owner to call us. It has been 5 days now and we still haven't heard anything.... please be aware of this place..

I have been a customer of Big O Tires for several years. I go there for oil changes, tires, and engine services. I've never had any problems and Matt is always super nice.

Chris: it seems that every time I come to the New Castle store to have work done...it turns into a bigger nightmare than before. Im sorry, but I won't go back, ever. I spent darn near the entire weekend there for a lug nut. If you would like to contact me, I will explain.

I needed 2 boat trailer tires replaced quickly as I had to leave my boat and trailer due to 1 flat tire and 1 ready to go flat. I took the wheels to Big O. Within 30mins they were teady. Very friendly, helpful, and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

The staff was rude and not helpful first of all. Then was told truck was fixed for the problem I brought it in for and it was not once I drove it away problem was still there so I came back and was treated rudely like I didn't know what I was talking about. So then I was told it would be done on Tuesday but it was not. So by that my wife was out of work on Wednesday due to us only have one vehicle. Was offered a ride by your company later but they didn't want to take me as early as I have to be a work in greenfield. So then on Wednesday you guys had my truck all day long. So when I came and to check on it at 4. I was treated so rudely again. I paid for the problem on Tuesday before I left not knowing the problem wasn't fixed. So now on Wednesday you guys are wanting to me pay for the new issues. Well since I was lied to and treated so badly you guys need to eat the bill. Well that didn't happened and it was cut only in half. Well my wife went in with me due to I had to have some one bring me. So she stated that I needed to test drive to make sure the problem was fixed. Well why she was waiting on me. She was treated so rudely and hateful. We had a bad experience the last time we were at the store and now this time. Not sure you guys are going to like what I say when people ask about going to big lots. We have also called the BBB since we have had multiple problems. You guys didn't care about satisfying the customers at all.
