Big O Tires

took my vehicle in for a simple flat fix and they apparently found another "problem" with a sensor and said it will cost over 70 bucks now to fix my flat....now they call and said they also found a problem with a tie rod and estimated 125 to fix it...went on and agreed to it. get a call back later that evening telling me its up in the air getting fixed but they can only fix it if they also fix a ball joint and told me it will cost a total of $511. did not like what I heard and was told it was very important I get it done so didn't really have any other options at the time and told them to fix it. it is now the next day with no call back about it and wife calls to check on it. they are now saying to get our vehicle back we have to pay over $625 and that the "bad" ball joint and tie rods on the passenger side our now fixed but are doin the other side as well. I never told them to do anything with my vehicle and they "changed" other things and up'd my price without asking me first to do the other side (which never needed it at all to begin with). they are now accusing us of agreeing to it and now I have no vehicle for work or the money to get it back. might I add my vehicle is still not done ball joints only cost less than 100 and they are raping us with labor by (I'm quoting them here) taking their time to do it right. I DEMAND SATISFACTION!

This store is a COMPLETE JOKE! If I could give 0 stars I would. Their technicians aren't qualified to change a tire, let alone do anything else. I took my vehicle there on 6/16 to have a tire replaced (brand new tire purchased there 2 weeks prior, I might add) and instead of putting the vehicle on a lift and changing it, they INCORRECTLY used a jack to access the right front tire and in doing so, they pushed the intercooling pipe up into the serpentine belt - completely shredding the belt! It also cracked the oil dipstick tube and now has an oil leak from other damages we don't even know the extent of. As of Thursday, 6/21 they still have my vehicle in their possession and repeated contact (phone calls, emails, texts) to management and store owners have not been successful. NO RESPONSE at all. On 6/21, after waiting 4 days and being patient - we finally asked for a rental car to be provided due to not having transportation all week. The store manager said the best they could do was loan out an EMPLOYEE'S PERSONAL CAR! Are you serious? Who does that? There is no way in HELL I would ever do that! This is absurd. I've contacted corporate office to have this claim escalated - detailing everything. I will never, ever do business with this store again. Unbelievable!

They didn't offer a credit card because I already have one and just had an alignment. I'm a regular customer.

The service was extremely slow. Just there for an oil change. Then I had to check to see if my car was done. The service ticket was on the counter and no one had informed me.

Over all service in show room and shop was friendly and good.I will go back.

Took my 2008 Jeep Wrangler in for an alignment. It had a 3" lift with 35" tires. After the tech finished the alignment he test drive it. Came back, parked it and dropped the keys at the desk without a word. I paid for the alignment. Drove for about a mile and the alignment was worse than when I came in. Turned around and took it back. They put it back on the rack and did more adjustments. Tech drove it again and said it wasn't perfect, but was better and that to get it dialed in closer i would need to install cam bolts. (Doesn't come factory with them). I drove home and it was still darting to the right when I let go of steering wheel absolutely no change, but the tech thought it drove fine. Absolutely the worst alignment I've ever gotten. I believe he was in over his head and didn't want to say anything.

We used acima credit to have quite a few things done to two of our vehicles and a few things were forgotten to be done and a couple things seem to still not be fixed, an oil change was forgotten on our truck , had to take it back the following week to be done, other car is making noise in the area that was supposed to be fixed, need to return vehicle to be checked

They did a good job, for being short handed, they need more workers. Over all did as good as could be expected. Thanks for your help!!!

The last experience was horrible. Had my vehicle the whole day and also most of the next day. On Tuesday was told it was fixed but that was not right. So when I went back was treated hateful and disrespectful. So then on Wednesday my wife had to call into work due to we didn't have a ride. We were offered to be taken to work but I go into work early that it was not something I felt the staff wanted to do. So then on Wednesday it was finally done at 4. I had to pay for the problem on Tuesday that was not the real problem I brought it in for. So then on Wednesday you guys tried to make me pay for the problem. I did not feel that I needed to pay for labor due to I told on Tuesday to look in front end and you guys looked in back. I was treated so wrong and hateful bu staff. I have called the BBB due to last couple of times I have been to store we were treated badly and disrespected. The word of mouth should be a good thing for all companies but not for you guys.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Took a truck to them to get a set of tires put on and alignment on truck. It took them 9 hours, and the alignment was way off, took it back the next day to get it fixed and they had it all day again still didn't fix alignment. A noise started coming from the front wheel and it took them all day to find out what it was and the guy had put the wheel weight in the wrong spot and it was rubbing, had to call for a 3rd time and spoke with Amanda and she said she would reimburse the alignment and fix it so we took the truck back for a 3rd time and they had it again all day and the alignment still is not fixed also they cracked the rim and now they won't fix what they broke, even the tech that worked on the truck said he cracked the rim, also they broke a bolt from doing the alignment. We have called corporate and have been waiting for the owner to call us. It has been 5 days now and we still haven't heard anything.... please be aware of this place..

It was a great visit. This store is a real asset to our town.

They fixed my break lines with zip ties, and the fluid was still leaking. Which led to my 20 week pregnant woman self getting under my truck to check and finding the zip ties. I was quoted 3 hours and yall had my vehicle for the majority of 3 days.

We are a large long and short term care nursing facility with a tight schedule, Big-O tire was more than accommodating with our schedule and more than "on time" with the replacement of our buses tires. THANK YOU ALL.

After having break rotors and pads replaced my vehicle was vibrating a lot on my way to Indianapolis for work that evening.I stopped and found all five of my lug nuts were so loose I could take them off with my fingers.The same thing happened to my niece and she was told that she should have checked the lug nuts.People make mistakes, but this could be life or death if a wheel falls off driving 70 miles per hour.I will not be back.

They always seem to be super busy, but always friendly, courteous and helpful. Their prices are competitive and they usually get service done more quickly than I expect. I 've trusted their recommendations and that has helped keep my high mileage truck on the road the past few years

I was visiting family from out of state and had a bad shaking of my van. I asked about tire prices over the phone and was quoted $89.95. When I got to the store they said it would be $109.95 per tire, $89.95 because the cheapest tire was not in stock. I explained the bad shaking to them and they inspected the van and said it was because the tires were in bad shape. So I bought the tires and the shaking was better but not gone. I took it to my local place when I returned home and they checked it and immediately knew that I had a bearing missing. I will never use or suggest Big O tires again.

We were in a real bind, our brake caliper had locked up during our vacation trip - stuck in a town we didn't know, these guys made us feel like family! Super fast service and we were back on the road, and 550 miles later, safely home! Thanks to the great staff and service techs!!
