Big O Tires

Poor service due to mechanic did not put on oil filter seal correctly and told put in wrong spot. Lost oil under my Jeep, mess on driveway, oil in engine, and will be awhile before can put my Jeep in my garage due to residue of oil still dripping. Lost a half day of work not able drive my Jeep to be serviced again and was unsafe all the oil drained out. Big O Tire did give me another free oil change and 20.00 in store credit reporting did not have the manpower to wash the jeep.

Fast and friendly service by the staff. It was a very good experience.

I Needed wheels Balanced was done quick and professional

My wife's tire had a nail in it. Was glad when she was in to purchase tires they put her into a tire protection. Staff was great about working with our very busy schedule to get her a new tire and back safely on the road.

I was waited on immediately, and with the product I needed in stock, the battery was installed within 25 minutes or so.

They found the issue and promptly fixed me right up

Michael is always fantastic to work with! However the shop guy he asked about didn't have to be so rude and grumpy. Michael was just trying to get a tire light off. I told the manager he doesn't need to act that way and especially in front of all the customers.
