Got four new tires for van. They had to order the tires I wanted. Came in as promised. Did the install the same day. Great service.

They keep you in the loop during your whole visit. First they take your car in and diagnose the problem, then they come back to you and explain your problem in a way you can understand, and list what is needed to get you back on the road. No pressure, no sales gimmick, just what is needed to fix your problem.

I came into the shop with what I thought was a tire that had picked up a nail; what it turned out to be was a cracked rim. They gave me all kinds of suggestions of what I could do to get back on the road, even a couple of contacts that may have a rim that would match my damaged one. What they didn't know is that I had pre-Christmas dinner with my daughter to attend coming up in the next couple days and without there guidance and support I wouldn't have made it. Usually when you hear the phrase 'Customer Loyalty' it refers to a repeat customer, but in this instance, it means a business that cares...

I call everywhere in New Castle and nobody has availability except for Big O. At first I was very hesitant about taking my vehicle to this shop because I have heard horror stories, but now I am very thankful to be a customer of Big O Tires. They replaced all 4 of my tires quickly & cost effectively. I had my 3 year old that hadn’t napped yet with me & the guys upfront didn’t even bat an eye at his loud, curious self. After everything is done I get halfway home & my tire light comes on 😫 I call Big O back & they have me bring my vehicle back. At this point I’m frustrated. It’s pouring rain, I have groceries in my trunk, and my toddler has went straight demon mode. Once I get back to the shop I’m met by Jacob & Jeremy to check to see what’s going on. I was frustrated and afraid that my car was going to need more work. Turns out my tire light just needed reset, which is wonderful! A huge shoutout to Mitch for taking such good care of me on the front end, and also Jacob & Jeremy for still being super friendly after dealing with my spicy attitude. I will gladly recommend all of my friends & family to Big O Tires. THANK YOU MITCH, JACOB, AND JEREMY.

They asked if I had my struts replaced due to the mileage on my care and this happened a few months back. The front desk gentleman reviewed due to mileage they were recommending this. The initial gentleman who assisted me reminded him this already occurred and took look back at my history, I already had this done. When getting into my vehicle the stickers of my next tire rotation or oil change were not placed on my windshield.

The service was quick; the time it took to service my vehicle was reasonable, and the price quoted was exactly the price I paid. Also, the interactions were professional.
