BigOTires is my go to for most maintenance and repair because I know these guys. They are honest, hard working, knowledgeable and totally customer focused. They go out of their way to provide excellent service. What more can I say? Repeat customer.

Rear rotors replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, I had to cover labor expense to have rotors replaced. Appears as an unfair business practice. Can I make a claim against the manufacturer for labor expense?

I came in for an oil change, but the techs discovered a loose serpentine belt. Replacing that belt, unexpected as it was, changed the performance of the car. It was definitely a necessity and the price came in well below the national average. Very thankful.

The manager on duty when I came into the store should be recognized. I apologize that I don't know his name, but he has glasses and worked on 10/20. His customer service was extraordinary. I have never experienced that level of service when I have visited this location prior. The wait was going to be extremely long for service. He apologized sincerely, provided a solution and executed. He also communicated throughout the process so that I would know what was occurring. He was truly oriented to customer service excellence.
