There was some miscommunication about my tire being covered. First they said it was, then realized the notes on my account were incorrect. Tire purchase from another vehicle we owned were posted to this vehicle. And this vehicle's tires were past the 3 year hazard protection. So I was very excited at first to think I would have to pay nothing for a new tire, but then felt disappointed when the wrong note was discovered. The guy in the shop did all the right things. It likely couldn't have been avoided. And over all, I will be back with all my vehicles.
