The staff at this location are outstanding! Michael and Bill have been my go to people when I have any issues with my vehicles. The team does a great job working for the customer. I trust this team with my vehicle needs.

I really like the personal service that I receive at the desk. Assistant Manager Rob Keesling is outstanding in his attitude toward customers. He's positive! Manager Jeff is likewise very helpful. Both men are excellent communicators and service oriented. Big O Tire store is located within about 5 minutes of our house. I have found them to be helpful in all kinds of weather, even if it's putting air in my tires from winter temperatures dropping. They're just plain good with the public.

As always the team was very informative of my service. I have a small bubble on my tire and the guys were very concerned and said I was like family and they didnt want to see anything happen to me so they took the tire off and checked the tire inside and out. There was some miscommunication about my tire being covered. First they said it was, then realized the notes on my account were incorrect. Tire purchase from another vehicle we owned were posted to this vehicle. And this vehicle's tires were past the 3 year hazard protection. So I was very excited at first to think I would have to pay nothing for a new tire, but then felt disappointed when the wrong note was discovered. The guy in the shop did all the right things. It likely couldn't have been avoided. And over all, I will be back with all my vehicles.

The guys working was friendly and knew what it takes to satisfy their customers.

Have had my veh serviced there for the last two yrs, the cars' radiator blew up and my husband put veh back together, Big O tire answered all questions and took care of the final preperations to get it back up and running. All employes very nice and work was done on a timely manner. Very satisfied
