we had some failures ro communicate on the stores part but the team did everything they could to make up for it and my alignment is awesome now as well thank you guys!

I first called. I got a very nice human being on the other end of the line right away. The guy on the other end was an excellent communicator. He sounded like he really welcomed my call. When I delivered the car, I found him to be Rob Keesling, the Assistant Manager. From start to finish, he did a perfect job helping me get the brake job done on my wife's car. I grade Mr. Keesling as receiving an A+! Super nice guy who did, at least for me, a perfect job.

Top notch customer service! I blew a tire on the interstate shortly after closing time. I called the store, and I believe it was Matt who answered the phone. I explained to him I needed to get back on the road as I had another 4 hour drive to make and obviously couldn't do that on a donut. Like I said this was after the store was closed, Matt said come on in and he would wait for me to arrive. I arrived and Matt took care of everything. I had to have the tire replaced which he had me in and out in about 20 minutes. I am/was extremely grateful for his willingness to stick around and help me. If I lived in the New Castle area, I would definitely be taking my car in for my tire needs.

This crew has taken care of me for several years now. They make dropping it off easy, they help me if I need help getting it to them… They give me the best price possible. I only picked “neither satisfied or unsatisfied” with the cleanliness of the store because I didn’t notice one way or the other.

I called before I came and they were waiting on me when I arrived. Exceptional service when I was in a time crunch.

I came in with a flat tire . Since I buy all my tires there with the protection plan they were able to get me right in with limited questions and get me back on the road

Always friendly I do most repairs myself but for any tire/alignment/balance I bring the car in and it's great they do the inspection and confirm or even sometimes point out things that need done for that alone I really appreciate the service
