I was traveling from Illinois to Ft Wayne for a noon appointment when I had a problem with a tire stemming from a repair done by an Illinois Wal-Mart. I stopped at the Wal-Mart in Lebanon thinking they would fix the problem but they sent me on to you with dire predictions. I was so impressed with your prompt attention and your honesty in getting me back on the road. Made my appointment with 10 minutes to spare. Just wish there was a franchise closer so I could continue to use your exemplary services.

This is honestly the first time I’ve enjoyed my experience I keep picking the wrong companies to do my oil change. Jiffy lube stole my ac compressor and put back in and old one that wasn’t stock to my old Honda. Midas made my stuff leak.. I’ve had back luck. Big O only talked to me about requirements and things that might need to be considered. Such a great staff behind an amazing ceo thank you to Allen and the whole staff I’ll be back every time!!
