I had my tires replaced at Big O earlier, maybe a year and a half ago.. Discovered I had a tire leak on my way to work last Wednesday, worked a full day and on my way home stopped in to see if they had time to fix my tire (hour before close). Your Rep displayed a positive and up-beat attitude. I was taken care of on the spot (even though it was at the end of the day and the store was busy). No charge and I was out the door in less than 40 minutes. They found a nail and patch/plugged my tire.

As always the level of customer care was OUTSTANDING, this team never fails me. I feel confident when I leave there that my car is ready to go wherever I want to, that any issues have been fixed or been communicated to me. Great job!
