Very pleased with the service and the price they didn't try to talk me into getting extra work done in fact they told me that I only needed the back brakes replaced right now and bring the car back in 3 months and we can recheck the front brakes and see if they need replaced then or if there's more time before getting them changed. Offered the 6 month payment deal.

I came in to figure out why my driver front tire kept loosing pressure. After less than an hour wait, the guys called me and told me it was a nail which they also repaired for me. As long as you keep the crew you currently have staffed at the Plainfield store, I will always keep coming back! That team is a dream team and always courteous to every customer!!! It was easy and convenient to make my tire appointment. We love that they’re open on Saturdays as we are so busy during the week. It was so swift dropping the car off and picking up. They called me if there was anything additional they saw that would need replacing. Told me what they saw, what they thought, if i wanted Them to fix it and if so the cost of it. The communication was fantastic. On top of the service was incredible. We will definitely be coming here for our future car repairs.

I was broken down at a nearby rest area on my way home (ohio). these wonderful folks secured the starter on my car for FREE, which had become non-functioning due to the former mechanics who worked on it not making sure the job was done correctly. unfortunately, it cost $60 to tow the car to big o tires. these guys will take good care of you, no doubt about it!!
