Big O Tires

I have my oil changed and tires rotated every 6 weeks or so and everything is treated professionally.

My car suddenly lost power near closing time on Fri. nt. before a holiday weekend.When I coasted into Big O, they immediately determined several problems, ordered parts, gave me a ride home, & had my car repaired by early the next morning to drive out of town.I was impressed by their professionalism & knowledge.

Today's visit was the 3rd set of 4 tires purchased by me from this location in the last few months. My first set was listed as available online when I set the appointment but the morning of I was notified that they would not be ready for my appointment time. I asked about alternatives in my size and was offered a comparable tire in the BIG O brand. They went above and beyond to match the pricing of the tire I had originally chosen. The staff is friendly and courteous and make my wait enjoyable. With that, the first experience brought me back 2 more times for tires on my other vehicles. The first impression is the most important!

Always the best service for almost 14 years now. I'd take my vehicle to no other place if Big-O can do the job. I absolutely trust them fully. They are the BEST of the BEST!

I've come to this location several times for an oil change, weird noises coming from my car and more. The guys here remembered my name, the make and model of my car and that my boys play basketball. .....we're friends now lol. Allison

Ryan and Daniel always make me feel like I am a valued customer. Don’t know what I’d do for tires without them.

Only issue was that I couldn't get tires balanced after oil change because there was an hour wait so will need to go back. Big O Tires has had long waits on 3 recent visits so had to leave and come back to only be told to try again another day. I've been going here for over 20 years and don't want to change but may have to because of wasted time. 15-30 minute wait is fine but 45-60 too long.

The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the waiting area was clean!

Had a flat tire on my truck and brought it in. They got to it immediately and put it back on the truck and put the spare tire where it belonged. Even showed me how to put the flat tire tools in its cloth container. Didn't even hesitate to help me.

This Big O Tires location is nothing but outstanding in everything they do. The staff are extremely polite and well versed in their professionalism when dealing with customers. I highly recommend this location as I was on business travel and the staff here treated my young daughter as if they were dealing with me. What a great team!
