Big O Tires

I've been to Big O twice now and I had no idea they could do all that they could. Honest business at a fair price. Will definately be going back in the future for my oil changes, brake pads, tires, and serpentine belts. Thanks for being an honest business in an industry where so many aren't.

This Big O Tires location is nothing but outstanding in everything they do. The staff are extremely polite and well versed in their professionalism when dealing with customers. I highly recommend this location as I was on business travel and the staff here treated my young daughter as if they were dealing with me. What a great team!

Since moving to Indianapolis in 2011, we have used Big O Tires as our go to. Always, always, always, we have been treated kindly and fairly, as well as with excellent service. We recommend them to everyone who asks us about tire service!

I have been to Big O tires several times and I am always treated well, although I may only have a nail in my tire. Great service and a very nice bunch of employees.

They attended to me immediately when I walked in. They explained the service and fee and were able to get to my vehicle quickly. The attendant was courteous and explained the repair.

Work performed as stated. Technicians and staff very helpful on explanation of work performed. Adam Farrell provided good interpersonal communication during quotes and revisions to maximize discounts for me as a Sr. and Disabled.

For 13 years now I've received nothing but the best quality treatment myself as a customer and the best possible car care one could ever want. These are quality men who do an excellent job EVERY TIME I go to BigO for any special work needed and for all my regular systematic maintenance on both of my cars.

Each time I have been to this location, the staff is always very nice, they communicate about what needs to be done for the reason I was there. They have gone about and beyond to help as well.

I've been using this facility for many years. Have always had a pleasant experience. I live in Johnson County so it is a little bit of a drive to Plainfield, however well worth it. Maybe Dave Doyle will open a store in Johnson County soon?

I've been using Big O for about 13 years and I've always received above and beyond service. I moved to Greenwood and I still come to this location b/c everyone is so friendly and accommodating. You guys are amazing... thank you!!!

Brendan was very quick to greet me and ask what they could do for me. Ryan came by and asked how things were going. Once the service was done Brendan explained the TPMS system to the T. All employees talked to you as a friend not just a customer.

Always take good care of my tire needs. In this case, I thought I had a slow leak. Turns out I didn't but they very carefully double-checked all 4 tires, and the best part -- NO CHARGE!
