Always get a professional experience at this location. Chad and his staff continue to take good care of me. This was my 3rd visit in the last 6 months and I will be back when I am ready for some new tirews

Great service all the way around

For 12 years now Ive had nothing but the best care and service by the Plainfield, Indiana Big-O Tires Team. They do great work at fair prices. As a local minuster, I continue to refer my church parishioners and my other friends to Big-O as well. They are worth their weight in gold!

Found the likely problem and repaired it

I had a cracked valve stem so I brought my tire in to have it replaced. It was pretty busy so I just left it and had them call me when it was done. A little while later I received the call and ran in to get it, the gentleman loaded it into my car and everything was back to normal. Second time this has happened and both times were very positive experiences. Thank you!

These guys are great. They always treat me with respect and go out of their way to make sure I understand what needs done. They never push something I don't need and I feel like they treat me right. I referred lots of friends and family here. My Daugther comes from Chicago to get work done here and now my elderly father comes from the other side of town too. Thanks for being great you guys.

I have been taking my cars here for about 5 years. They have always treated me right. I also hear them talking to other customers and they aren't trying to solicit for extra services that aren't needed. I really feel like these guys care about you.

We really enjoy going to Big O Tires. The staff members are very friendly and we trust the advice and recommendations of the team members as they always seem to go above and beyond. We switched many years ago from Midas and have remained loyal customers ever since...approximately 10 years ago.

I'm a longtime customer, and when it came time to replace the tires on my Accord, there was only one place I'd go. As always, I was treated well. The team explained my options and made a recommendation. The car was finished before I expected, and I'm very happy with the performance. Big O Plainfield is always my first choice, and I've recommended them many times with zero hesitation.

Staff was incredibly courteous and polite. They were able to get the required part the next morning, and had my car ready to go in the time it took me to walk the 0.9mi. To the shop. Quick and inexpensive, with excellent customer service. 10/10, would recommend to others.

Brandon Derringer is who helped me. He is who always helps me for the oil changes. He told me last oil change I needed new tires. Thus morning my tire light came on with low air. My husband told me to go to big o’s and get tires. Brandon talked on the phone with him and took care of me. Always great service and doesn’t try to rip me off because I’m a female like other places.
