Big O Tires

Ryan and the team have always been friendly, reliable, trustworthy and professional. I first stopped into Big O Tires around 12+ years ago and they won me over with their attention to detail and ease at explaining issues to me so I would understand. I've moved further away now but I still come to the Plainfield location because of the amazing team there. I've bought 5 user cars for my sons over the years and I've trusted Big O Tires to check out their road-worthiness before purchase and even tho my sons moved to Greenwood, I insist they come back to Plainfield for any needed service. They consistently provide topnotch service, great prices and friendly smiles.

very pleased with the service. although, they did not have time to do an alignment check that day after getting my new tires, so I will need to take my car back on another day.

I took my car in for an oil change. They got me in right away and kept me abreast of what they were doing. I was in and out in no time. Excellent customer service!

Always friendly staff and great service

I stopped in to have brakes checked and a slow leak in a tire fixed. They got my car in immediately then came to inform me that I did not need a brake job and that they had found and fixed the tire leak. This trip much better than a different station that sold me new pads (my other car), did not tell me the condition of the brakes and also forgot to fully adjust them -- I ended up having to return. Always get fast and great service from Bog O!

always friendly and fast service

My daughter plays volleyball in Plainfield and I'm there on a regular basis for two hours at a time. I walk into Big O tires in Plainfield 30 minutes before closing to get an oil change. Never once are they rude or upset that I walked in 30 minutes before closing. They always take my car, get the oil changed, and I'm out of there in 15 minutes. The service is amazing and the staff is always so friendly. Thank you!!

Able to get product needed in timely manner.

Everyone was very helpful, especially Josh the store manager. The tires on my son's car needed replacing and Josh helped us figure out what tires to buy and it was a very good experience.

Brandon Derringer is who helped me. He is who always helps me for the oil changes. He told me last oil change I needed new tires. Thus morning my tire light came on with low air. My husband told me to go to big o’s and get tires. Brandon talked on the phone with him and took care of me. Always great service and doesn’t try to rip me off because I’m a female like other places.

Big O in Plainfield is my go to place for my vehicle service. Our fleet management group is a bear to deal with sometimes & your guys dealt with them extremely well to get my vehicle taking care of. Very Pleased.

I had a great experience. Even though I went on a Saturday when it was extremely busy, I was greeted as soon as I came in the door and helped immediately. The staff was very professional and courteous and never tried to overcharge me or take advantage of me. I will definitely being going back! Thanks again guys!
