They were able to get my car in and brakes fixed in a timely manner. I was able to use a coupon but it was still quite expensive.

When I stopped in, I had a limited amount of time to get an oil change and tire rotation and the attendant checked with the mechanics to see if it could be done. She let me know that the oil change would be finished in time but it would probably take too long to get the tire rotation as well. I got the oil change and made my next appointment in time. I then returned the next day for the tire rotation. I appreciated that she checked with the mechanics before giving me an answer.
