The guys at the Plainfield location are absolutely phenomenal. They have always treated me great. They have always give me great pricing. They valued my business even though the truck was older and I haven’t been under it for 12 years they could’ve probably charged me for the new oil pan and plug I’m not sure if it got cross threaded last time they did the oil change or if it was overtightened or if it was just because it’s an older truck, but they took it upon themselves and replace the oil pan gasket put a new oil filter, brand new oil change, and did not charge me. Best business practices I have ever seen. I have two small businesses, and this is very rare to find anywhere nowadays they truly are great people.

Brought a 14” tractor tire in for repair. Other tire shops close by refused to repair. I stopped it off at big O and was notified the next day it was repaired and ready for pick up. Best part no charge
