Called the shop first, got a very friendly staff member, JOSH, answered all my questions about my concerns. I went in the same day for service and RYAN,the shop manager took care of me from beginning to end. He also was helpful and explained what I would get beforehand and then took care of things during the car services and explained what he saw, what he did and asked if I had any further questions or concerns. I HAD AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE AND WILL RETURN AND HAVE SHARED THIS EXPERIENCE WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY TOO. I AM A SENIOR.
