Big O Tires

It was actually my grandson that brought his car in for new tires. He was very grateful for the service he received. I paid for his tires over the phone and I received excellent customer service.

Customer oriented staff and honest and I’ve been a customer for over twenty-five years at the Bedford, Indiana store.

Brought a tire in last week and had it changed by Dalton. He was very professional, I believe he did a splendid job.

Everything was taken care in a timely manner. The associate was very friendly and explained everything needed for what i asked for.

I was able to schedule appointments two days in a row for ease of drop off and pick up of 2 vehicles. Your Associate was willing to check out an unusual problem that happened after pick up of the first vehicle. The Associate was courteous and he and a Technician found a solution!

I was somewhat disappointed that the nearly new tires, with warranty, on the rear of the vehicle I purchased is not transferrable to me.

I took my Jeep in for new Brake pads and a wheel speed sensor. Come to find out my Wheel Speed sensor was cut intentionally by someone from work and I asked the associates if they would return the sensor to me so I could have it checked and used as evidence for a formal investigation at work and they complied and explained to me how they came to the conclusion that the car was vandalized.
