Big O Tires

Was my mistake to show up before opening. But the men were able to let me go ahead and drop off vehicle since I had to get to work. Thankful for that. Great service!!!!

I called to book in for a tire rotation. The customer service was great, friendly, and helpful. I was booked in quickly, and the service was fast and well done. And I was informed that for being a previous customer (tire purchase), the rotation was actually free. This was a nice surprise, and makes me feel way better about having dropped $1000 on new tires when I came in before :)

I recently relocated from Florida and was looking for a Big O Tire store in Indiana. What I found was a very helpful service location in Washington. They took a personal interest in me and, though my immediate needs were not great, I will certainly return whenever they are.

The staff was incredibly kind and immediately assisted me. They were also very friendly to me while I waited for my vehicle. Finally, they were very transparent with what needed done on my vehicle and explained the pricing to me. I was in and out so fast!

I have never been treated better! The employees were personable and very helpful. After informing us it would take several hours to change out tires and replace the tie rods, the salesman asked if there was someplace we wanted a ride to or if we were just gonna hang out. We had no other plans so we sat it out. They checked on us several times, told us were we could get a great burger and made sure we were taken care of! I can't think of a better place to get tires, we will definitely be back!!
