I was able to receive the service I needed at a good price without feeling like I was being sold something I didn't need.

Got tires rotated and balanced. Had a vibration in the steering wheel. Took it back to the shop and they put me right in and took care of the problem.

The last few times I've taken it to Big O they have had to fix another shop's previous repairs...and they have always been up front and honest about what was wrong and the price it was going to cost. THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I BOUGHT MY VAN SAID I PROBABLY HAD SOMETHING IN MY ONE TIRE BEING AS IT WAS SO LOW. AFTER ARRIVING AT YOUR STORE YOU GOT ME IN IMMEDIATELY, FOUND A SCREW IN THE TIRE, REPAIRED IT, AND US ON OUR WAY IN SHORT ORDER.

They customer service was exquisite. They installed all of my tires in a reasonable amount of time. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased tires for at this same location.

I did not give them time to greet me at my car. It was the end of day and customers at the counter.

I was returning to Big O Tire because of a tire issue. I had been two previous times and they did not fully fix the problem until my third trip. However, on my third trip Chris, the manager, was excellent in his customer service. I explained what happened and asked how the issue had been missed. He was quick to admit the mistake and said that the issue should have been found and resolved in a previous visit. He made sure to show me what was wrong with the tires and gave me the proper discount for the whole ordeal. Even though I had to go back three times, I was still satisfied and impressed with the customer service and car care I received. Thank you!
