i had a bad tire and needed a replacement. i came in about 15 minutes before they closed for the day. they had a new tire on my rim and i was out the door. I wanted to say how much it meant to me the group stayed a few minutes over closeing time on a saturday to get me a new tire. They deserve high praise for it.

I recently wrote a review about the way Big O doesn't tell people that they roll the windows down in their cars and they had rolled mine down and it was raining that day and the window was left down instead of fixing the window. I want to thank Big O for reading my review and upon reading my review they are going to start telling people that they do roll the window down in case they do lock your keys up in the car. They were also so kind as to reimburse me the money that I was out to get the window back up and even gave me a coupon. Now that is the way to do business! I want to give Big O a big THANK YOU
