Big O Tires

I just love the atmosphere that is present when I walk in. The friendly service I receive is a warm feeling, I've been going there for many years and I consider myself a part of the Big-O family. keep up the great work.

The service was very friendly and straight forward. There were no surprise charges. And the waiting area was clean and warm.

It was very easy from the time I got online and looked at the different tires that I thought I would might want to the appointment to driving out the door

Had them check out several items on van plus oil change.Expected large bill for all the work. Wrong, all the items checked out Ok and only had a small bill for oil change.This store always gives good service.

My son had a blow out visiting us from another state and Big O closed in an hour and a half. We called and he said bring it on in. We applied for the store credit card which was such an easy application (and immediate response) and got him four new tires for Christmas (and a Mom's peace of mind). We also had enough to get our own car new tires!! The guys that work there are all very friendly and helpful, told us all they could do for both cars and explained how there is no interest with the credit card if we pay it off within the amount of time (6 months or 12). Great experience, I recommend it to everyone.
