Big O Tires

I used them 3 days ago and am satisfied with the work.

The technician that took care of me really took his time to make sure my care and my needs were taking care of !!!

None of #3 happened.

The associates were very helpful, they took care of everything I ask them to do. They were fast, competent and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely go back to them.

I am a returning customer and love the service of this location. This time, they were extremely busy. I waited for almost two hours for an oil change. My only request would be to know this upfront in the future so I could of decide to have someone pick me up or choose a more Convenient time. I am so thankful for Dave and his kindness he went the extra mile to get me out quickly as soon as my vehicle was complete.

I surprised how easy and quick I was able to get in and get 4 new tires and an alignment. I called and the very next day I had an appt. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. My car Was finished in about one hour. I was very Pleased with it all. If I had to say one thing negative it would that the prices are kinda high. I know I Could get 4 New tires cheaper at other Places but I do like the ease at which I can get into Big O and get out and it’s close to where I live.

Dave helped me. He was very nice, and walked me back out to my car to show me the wear on my tires. When we went back inside, he showed me multiple options for new tires. It took a long time to get my oil changed, and I was in a rush. I didn't mind, because I understand that there are some things out of the control of the workers, and they tried their best. I needed a new rear wiper and the passenger fog light changed also, but they weren't able to help with either.

The associates are always attentive and courteous.

I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation and asked that I be called when it was ready for pickup. No one called me? It dawned on me 15 minutes to store closing that no one had called me so I had to hurriedly drop what I was doing and have someone quickly take me to pick up my car before they closed. Had it not dawned on me I guess my car would have been unavailable to me until Monday morning? Otherwise, everything else was just fine.

The sales person treated my wife with the utmost respect he did not talk down to her or make her feel like she was stupid when it comes to Automotive knowledge and the salesperson did not try to up-sell us anything that we did not need he only provided the service that we requested and did not try to push anything extra on us.
