Big O Tires

They are always friendly and try to get you the best deal possible!

This is the only place I've been buying tires for the last 10 years and have not had a problem yet. They've been great with the service and pricing and will continue to go to them.

My daughter had an appt. and waited 2 1/2 hrs. I was in there to get a low pressure light on but waited an hour and half. No Updates from anyone. They did have a lot of appointments, but it appeared they over-booked. Most people can't "plan"� something to happen and you need to have enough time for "walk-ins"�.

I fell that Phillip Deboard went above and beyond to help us and make sure we were safe with the car and explained everything in detail.

Every step of the process was easy from scheduling the appointment, to drop-off, payment and pick-up. This was my second visit to this location and I came back because of the excellent service the first time around.

I've been a customer out there long before you bought the store. The guys of always treated me with a lot of respect and helpfulness as I am handicapped. They work with me on appointments. This go-around I didn't bring my van out there but my other half did so I'm just doing a survey on past experience. The only thing I could see that they didn't do was put my one lonely little old hub cap back on my wheel that was how I always found my car or my van in a parking lot because it to work on it. You guys do a great job.

When I need to have new tires or wipers or any other job.They listen.They tell me what they can,or cannot do.They are friendly,they explain what the cost will be.

Got tires quickly, cost is great when compared to other places that don't off the nationwide backing l.

Service is excellent. Price for service is excellent. Appointments are easy to make and I can schedule to fit my time frame such as my day off. Staff is very nice and I feel they have the knowledge to work on my vehicle. I trust the staff and service tech's to work on my vehicle. I like that they inspect and let me know if I have any maintenance or problems that need to be fixed.

Was waiting to be acknowledged for proably 10 minutes took over an hour for an oil change and rotation.

Made appointment to make sure tires were in stock. Didn’t have to wait an excessive amount of time. Tires professionally installed.

The alignment still isn't right after getting 4 new tires and an alignment. And revisiting to fix it once already

Very courteous employees and they were on time for my appointment. Being a senior citizen and being a woman I feel very safe and secure at Big O and the quality service for my car. Dave is such a nice polite person and always explains the needs of my vehicle. I have been going to this Big O for years and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work. There were 5 other woman there with their vehicles, so other woman in the community must feel the same a I do, quality work for great prices!!!

I really don't know how to rate my last trip because of the following problem. During my recent service at Big O Tire in Scottsburg one of my lug bolts on the right front of my Ford Ranger was stripped and a lug nut could not be put back on it. A Big O rep. blamed it on a bad wheel but I have had it serviced, oil change and tire rotation, numerous times at this location and never had a problem when the tires were rotated. Why now?
