Big O Tires

I had an appointment for 4 new tires and alignment check. It was 1.5 hours before my car came inside shop. I watched as technicians smoked and took their time with my vehicle. No alignment check was done. I do not plan to return.

Service is excellent. Price for service is excellent. Appointments are easy to make and I can schedule to fit my time frame such as my day off. Staff is very nice and I feel they have the knowledge to work on my vehicle. I trust the staff and service tech's to work on my vehicle. I like that they inspect and let me know if I have any maintenance or problems that need to be fixed.

The only thing I was displeased with was I stated to them to make sure my tires air was on 35 and none of them were. Front were 31 and back were 32 and 31, this really ticks me off especially when they were told to make sure of this!

Replaced my battery in tacoma they killed all power to truck lost all my radio presets and time.but worse part was lost the computer codes to truck so ran like crap had to reset its self..(Never unhook all power on battery replace you run a jumper)

Your staff as great. Very knowledgeable and able to help. My only issue is I scheduled my appointment online. I selected the tires I wanted and got a confirmation email saying my appointment had been approved. I did this a week prior to my appointment. When I arrive for my scheduled appointment they didn't have my tires in stock. So what was supposed to be an hour or so long appointment turned in to about a 6 hour day. I had assumed that if my appointment had been confirmed it means they know to have those tires in stock. I do everything online. So having to call and set up and appointment and let them know which tires I need is very inconvenient. Again, the staff was excellent. It was not their fault. But I am very unimpressed with the overall Big O Tires experience because of your website. And that's why I am not super likely to recommend you guys to any of my friends.

Made appointment to make sure tires were in stock. Didn’t have to wait an excessive amount of time. Tires professionally installed.

I was told they couldn't patch my tire due to a nail puncture. Called tire discounters and they repaired in at no charge in less than 15 minutes. Saving me hundreds of dollars.

Very courteous employees and they were on time for my appointment. Being a senior citizen and being a woman I feel very safe and secure at Big O and the quality service for my car. Dave is such a nice polite person and always explains the needs of my vehicle. I have been going to this Big O for years and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work. There were 5 other woman there with their vehicles, so other woman in the community must feel the same a I do, quality work for great prices!!!

a few days ago i had a tire put on a rim... all went well. today i had a tire removed from a rim and put on another rim... they scratched one rim and the other had scratches and dings...i didn't notice until i got home.... the rims are expensive...i won't be going back

They did the job as required in a timely manner

Had a 10am appt for an oil change.I arrived at 9:50am. It was more than an hour before they took my car back. There was only one car in the garage the entire time I sat, with employees standing around doing absolutley NOTHING. Unacceptable. I will find another Big O that knows how to treat paying customers!!!

I was having a problem with a tire losing air. Dave got my vehicle in right away. I asked about an appt for Sat morning, but he said that they could take care of it right then, since they were booked solid for Saturday. I also asked Dave to check the tread on my tires since we had just reached 50,000 miles. He did right away and when we came back to pick up our van, he had printed out info on four different brands of tires. I chose the Pirellis and we set an appt to have them put on Monday. Pretty thorough job by Dave, as usual.

Very upset with my experience, drove in with a smooth ride, left with all new tires and feels like I'm in a washing machine! Of course blame was put on my rims, if that was the case it would of shook with old tires. Staff is scary looking, looks like a bunch of drug addicts working on our cars now, I will take my business elsewhere from now on. This place is giving Big O a bad name!

No matter what time or day when I come in, they always get what I need done! Very professional! .

On sat. I came in and waited 20 minutes for help to be told I could not get an oil change until 4 hours later so I left and made an appointments. I came in 15 minutes early for my appointment. They took me in then. The problem was I was there 75 minutes. The guy working on my car had his wife, girlfriend, who ever in the bay with food for him. He spent more time talking to her than working on my car. Unacceptable.

I have bought tires at this Bog O location for years. They are always friendly and knowledgeable.

The shop was short 1 person, busy and had no interest in helping me get what I wanted

The technician who helped me was extremely friendly and knowledgable. Dave and his team always take great care of me which keeps me coming back!
